My name is Judit Mozsolics, I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and a total wellness junkie. I am passionate about helping you feel better about yourself and your body.
I believe that there is no coincidence when two people find each other because we are all connected and we can learn from each other. So if you found me, it had happened for a reason.
I didn’t realize how powerful HEALING effect can the food have on the body and how much it matters how we treat ourselves in other aspects of life as
I was recommended to have a surgery to remove my right thyroid gland with the enlargement. (very typical approach by “modern” doctors.) I was very scared first and desperate and I didn’t know what to do. I just felt like there has to something more about this, my thyroid is not there to be removed, and there must be another way to heal. I just simply didn’t resonate with the surgery at all.
I wasn’t new to the mind and body connection, so I already knew that every physical illness has a mental root, such as a trauma, or different behavioral patterns for example. Therefore, I was sure that my body is trying to send me a sign with this symptom that something went off and very much out of alignment. I knew my thyroid is in the throat chakra area, so that was a very good starting point to work on. I decided to dedicate myself to my own self-healing journey.
Plus, in addition, I was also experiencing all kinds of digestive issues.
So I knew it was the time for a big transformational change, not only in my diet but also in my mind and soul, I knew I needed healing at every level.
I knew that I needed to dig deeper, and that’s why I ended up enrolling at the biggest nutrition school in the world and became passionate about self-love and self-healing.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied over a 100 dietary theories- Paleo, Mediterranean, Ayurveda, Raw, Macrobiotics and everything in between. I gained my knowledge about how the food impacts our body, as well as acquired practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my skills, we can co-create completely personalized actions based on your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.

What do I do as a health coach?
I mentor busy, overwhelmed women on how to put themselves first, how to reduce stress, how to become their best and most-aligned selves; through whole-food nutrition, a mindful self-care practice, and self-love. I coach them how to develop strategies, create lifestyle changes, and transform health and life
I specialize in bringing back the balance of the mind-body and soul with a holistic approach. Holistic means I don’t only look at what my clients eat, but I look at their body & mind as a whole, connected system and don’t just focus on a symptom or a problem as itself.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
I am passionate about spirituality, overall wellness and I deeply believe in the mind, body connection.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
